Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skyy Gifts. We are committed to packaging and shipping your order with care so your pieces arrive safely, beautifully, and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, such as holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

We currently offer the following U.S. shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 for orders under $35. Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders of $35 or more.
  • Priority Shipping: $9.95. Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Locations

Skyy Gifts currently ships within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Skyy Gifts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at aurura@skyygifts.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurura@skyygifts.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
